 Tribunal Approve Buhari To Be Qualified For 2019 Presidential Election

 According to the Presidential Electoral Petition Tribunal, has concluded that Buhari the Presidential candidate of APC possesses a Wes African School Certificate Examination, WASCE, to enable him contest for the 2019 presidential election.

The tribunal said that Buhari is qualified to contest for the election, saying that the petitioners Atiku Abubakar and the PDP members, could not argue the fact that Buhari obtained WASCE for qualification for the election.

Garba Mohammed, The Chairman of the tribunal,  therefore brought out the claims by the PDP  that Buhari did not possess the necessary qualifications for the presidential  poll and that he presented fake and false information to Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC).
